Nicole Burns, CEO
This is my 16th "official" year in the O&P field working in both the private and public sectors. During that time I have worked as an Office Manager in multiple large-volume O&P offices and have been consistently recognized for superior billing, collections and team-building achievements. For the past 6 years I have partnered as a consultant providing O&P billing and training services. I specialize in complex appeals and my clients appreciate having my expertise at hand when a difficult case presents.
I possess an Associates in Business Administration, a Bachelor's in General Studies, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a dual Master's in Mild/Intense Special Education. Additionally I have my Certification as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistant. I pride myself on staying up-to-date with the ever changing billing and compliance standards through continuous involvement in educational opportunities and constant review of insurance regulation changes.
At home, I am a wife to a supportive husband and a mother to two wonderful children, my son age 12 and my daughter age 10. I also am a step-mother to an equally wonderful 11 year old step-son. Our family includes a cat named Tiger Lilly and a rebel red-headed heeler named Reba. We reside in the small town of Bluffton, Indiana and when we’re not working, attending school or involved in school related activities or sports, we enjoy traveling and spending a great amount of time outdoors together!

I have been working in the medical field for the past 15 years. During that time I have worked as a medical assistant for an Ear, Nose and Throat practice for 5 years. For the past 10 years I have worked in a Family Practice office working with patient relations, benefits and pre-certifications.
I have my certification as a Registered Medical Assistant. I pride myself on staying up-to-date with the ever changing billing and compliance standards.
My wonderful husband and I, parents of 3 beautiful girls ages 15, 13, and 11, reside on a busy family farm in Warren, IN. Our family enjoys basketball and singing. When we are not busy with the girl's sports or school activities, our family enjoys traveling or competitively showing pigs with the state 4H program.
